These Terms govern your purchase and use of the software packages and services provided by Carlsen Labs ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing a package or using our services, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms.
Carlsen Labs is an authorized reseller of business software, delivering e-commerce, marketing automation, and AI tools configured for your business. Upon purchase and payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and configured components delivered under your selected package, for your own business use.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or white-label the platform or its components to third parties without our prior written consent.
Packages are offered at a one-time price as listed (Essentials $7,500; Professional $12,500; Enterprise $25,000). The one-time fee covers the software configuration, setup, and delivery described for that package, plus the included support window.
Fees are due at purchase unless a written payment arrangement is agreed in advance. Certain third-party services (for example, payment processing, messaging, or domain registration) may carry their own separate costs billed by those providers; these are not included in the package fee.
Delivery consists of guided onboarding, configuration of your tools, training on the tools you receive, and a defined support window as described for your package. Support is provided for the software delivered and does not constitute an open-ended or ongoing service obligation beyond the stated window unless separately agreed in writing.
You agree to use the software and services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access and approvals, lawful content, and any credentials or domains needed to complete configuration. You are responsible for your own compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to your business and communications, and for the accuracy of the products and offers you sell through the platform.
The underlying platform, software, and any tools, templates, or documentation we provide remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. Content you supply (your brand, products, media, and business data) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to configure and deliver your package.
A full refund is available within 72 hours of purchase and before implementation has begun. After that, all sales are final and non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carlsen Labs and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to the software or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the package giving rise to the claim. The software and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated herein.
These Terms constitute the agreement between you and Carlsen Labs regarding the packages, and are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
